Upon the purchase of our products, the consumer agrees to the following AGREEMENT: You agree to release Emery Emu Elixir, its employees and suppliers, from any and all claims, charges, demands, liabilities, losses, and damages whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of any product or suggestion made on our websites (this includes but is not limited to any claims and legal fees of defending or prosecuting said claim).
As with all skincare products, some clients may have very sensitive skin or may be allergic to certain ingredients. If you believe your skin to be too sensitive, damaged or irritated, you may want to decline from ordering these products. Always test out the product on a small area of skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Since each individual's skin is unique and different, we do not guarantee and specific results.
ALL ORDERS ONCE PLACED - ARE FINAL. it cannot be canceled or altered. If you are not sure which product(s) to order, contact us before placing the order.
Once the order has left our offices we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation. Keep in mind that Emery Emu Elixir does not control the Postal Service. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it is up to the respective Postal delivery services to deliver the item. Emery's Emu Elixir is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items due to postal negligence.
Emu oil is a 'raw' product & cannot be returned and resold.
It is also good to keep in mind that most skincare products take time to start to see results, so at least 6-8 weeks of consistent use of product should be allowed to give the products time to work.
If you received an incorrect order, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt for an exchange.
If you have received approval to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, and must be unused. Credit will not be issued on any products that have been opened & used.
